Shipping
Preventing Underage Purchases: An adult signature is required by law for all deliveries. Wine and Jazz complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. It is clearly stated on our web site that no purchase may be made by anyone under 21 years of age. The customer must provide, under penalty of perjury, a date of birth that verifies age when purchasing any wine from Wine and Jazz.
Interstate Shipping: There are numerous laws concerning the shipment of wine into other states. Wine and Jazz ships wine as allowed by laws of the states and the policies of our carriers. All orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in California. As a result of these laws, we cannot ship to all states.
We may only ship Wine to the following states:
AK, CA, ID, IL, MO, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, WV, & WY.

Music, art, and other merchandise can be shipped anywhere.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Billing
For our members/participants credit cards will be billed prior to shipping The Wine and Jazz Experience. All others will be billed for their orders prior to the order being shipped.
Reshipping Charges
Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If no one is available to receive a package, a subsequent delivery attempt will be made. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from. Customers will incur reshipping charges if the package is not claimed and is shipped back to the Wine and Jazz office.
Cancellation
All members/participants can cancel at anytime prior to an order being shipped. Simply notify us via email or telephone.
Sales Tax Policy
Tax of 7.25% will be included on any order shipping to an address in California.
Shipping And Handling Charges
A shipping and handling charge will be added to all
orders.
